Entering the apartment you find a spacious living room elegantly decorated, furnished with two large leather sofas and coffee table placed in front of the TV. The living room also features a dining area with a large dining table that can comfortably accommodate 6. Next to this dining area is the access to a fully equipped kitchen (oven, vitroceramic, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, blender) and the utility room (washing machine, dryer). From the living room, a small hall leads to the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, wooden nightstands, large wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, bidet and double sink. Guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds, has spacious wardrobes and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet.

A 25m2 terrace is accessible from both living room and master bedroom. It is furnished with a large table with 6 armchairs and also has a lounge area equipped with a rattan sofa and armchair. The terrace offers privacy, and complete silence being south-west orientated. Utilities: Air Conditioning, TV, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, Toaster, Vitro Ceramic, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Iron, Hairdryer, Blender. Rooms: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room with dining area, 1 kitchen, 1 utility room. Furniture: Single beds (2), Double beds (1), Sofas (2), Outside sofa and armchair, Dining table in living room (6), Dining table on terrace (6). Each bedroom has wardrobe.
