This spectacular apartment is 15 minutes from old marbella city centre and just a few minutes drive to puerto banús, one of the worlds most luxurious marinas, where the millionaires moor their yachts, with some of the best restaurants, nightlife and bars. Great to walk around to people watch, shopping and dinning. Guadalmina has great beaches, tennis and paddle courts. There are miles of lovely sandy beaches all along the coast many with chiringhito's.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy a relaxing break and wish to wine and dine at home. Both the master bedroom and two other bedrooms have ample storage space. Linen and towels are provided for you.

Further details indoors : the house is comfortably furnished. Towels and linen are provided. There is a 100€ cleaning departure fee one can request additional cleaning services for 15€ an hour.

Contract must be signed before entering the property.

House rules.
Lessee and their guests agree to be abide by the rent rules at all times during their stay in the property. Tenant shall allow access to the lessor for the purposes of any necessary repairs. The lessor shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. Lessor cannot guarantee that there may not be a mechanical failure of heating, tv, video, pool engine, or other devices. Please report any equipment that does not work immediately. Owner shall make all reasonable efforts to repair quickly and efficiently. No refunds if there is any device that does not work.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the property or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings and valuables of any of the guests.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the lessee and all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property, garden and pool. Keep the property and all furnishings in good condition. Use the house and household items only for its intended use. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. A pet form must be completed for approval.
Parking: there is ample parking. Parking is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Cleaning: a daily maid service can be ordered as an extra service- price of 15€ per hour.

Pool: The pool facilitates a lifeguard. It is advised for children under 12 to be supervised at all times when using the pool. By using a pool, remember that there is a certain health risk associated with its use. Use of the pool at guests own risk. The pool is not heated.

Fireplace may only be used during the months of October to march.

Please do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet! Feminine products should be disposed of in the trash. If it is found that feminine products have clogged the septic system, the lessee may have to pay for any necessary expense to unclog it.

Refunds: no refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions.
