The Spanish owner has rented this Cortijo out for only a few months and we at Sierra Lecrin welcome this fabulous addition to our portfolio.
It is what we call here a Cortijo, built using local materials that make the house really Spanish in looks and feel.
There is a huge garden, (more than ten thousand square metres!) with a great swimming pool and lots of places to relax with a cool drink.
But there are also plenty of shady places and a pergola with garden furniture for 6 people.
Despite its seeming isolation, you are still near to the highway to Granada and the Alhambra, or south to the always sunny Costa Tropical.
The house:
A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
An open space to a big dining/lounge room with a great open fireplace, a TV and cosy chairs and a big dining table.
Downstairs is a shower room and a wash room.
The second floor: One bedroom with a dobble bed and a cot.
A further bedroom with 4 single beds!
A big bathroom with a bath, toilet, bidet and sink.
