A spacious house with a private swimming pool and a fantastic roof terrace with stunning views.
A perfect family house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms.
The main bedroom is on the ground floor and has an ensuite shower.
Also on this floor is the lounge with TV (satellite free to air), DVD and wood burning stove.
The kitchen is to the side of a large patio where you can swim in the generously-sized private pool and sunbathe on its surrounding terraces.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven and washing machine.
On the first floor there are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and a small balcony overlooking the patio with room to sit and watch the world go by.
The other bedroom has two single beds and a French balcony. On this floor you’ll find a family bathroom with a bath, toilet, bidet and sink.
Stairs lead you to a surprisingly large roof terrace. Part has been roofed and there is a dining table with a BBQ, so you can have the option of sun or shade here with your barbeque.
You overlook the whole valley and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada.

It’s a 25 minute drive to Granada and the Alhambra, the same to the Costa Tropical. In 15 minutes you can be in the Alpujarras.
