This house can also be rented together with the two orher villas in that ubanisation, Casa Montana and casa Del Valle, to accommodate a larger party.
Ideally situated for visits North to Granada and South to the Costa Tropical. A spacious modern villa, built in typical Spanish style with a great private swimming pool and stunning views. The outside patio is equipped with ample sunbeds, garden chairs and a parasol. For the men-a BBQ.
Downstairs you find a complete second kitchen, 2 bedbanks and a bathroom for the 7and 8 guests. Bedroom One has a double bed and is next to Bathroom One, equipped with bath, toilet, sink and bidet. Bedroom Two has a double bed, and Bedroom Three has two single beds. These 3 bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and all you need for a relaxing holiday. The separate living room has a comfortable bench-style sofa, dining table, fireplace and satellite TV.
The house has an Electra Central Heating system, so it is also available to rent in the colder months of the year. The house has a large cellar utilized as a the second living floor, with bank beds, diner table full kitchen, shower, ping -pong and darts.
