The spectacular pool has a poolside toilet/changing room and outside shower.
On the first patio there is a large BBQ shaded by large avocado trees; it is very peaceful with magnificent views of the valley and its villages.
Set on a small fruit farm, you can wander on the land and pick your own lemons, pomegranates or oranges, and view the villages below in the valley. You will find three charming villages, each with shops and bars which serve wonderful local food.
There are many lovely walks in the valley, including one up to an old castle.
Inside you will find open living accommodation, with sofas, Sky TV and an open fire.
The kitchen is fully fitted, included a washing machine.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, with a mixture of double and single beds – enough to sleep 8. Two bathrooms, each with a power shower, one with a bath.
The Guarjar Valley is 10 kilometers north of the Costa Tropical town of Motril and 45minutes south of Granada with the famous Alhambra.
The house is 10 minutes from the villages by car and a further 15 minutes to either the coast and its lovely beaches and quaint chinquitos, or Motril town or the golf course.
The house is an hour and a half from Malaga airport. Go along the coastal Autovia to Motril, and just before Motril go left onto the new Granada motorway for about 7 kilometers. Turn left at a red bridge signed Guarjar Valley, drive up about 6 kilometers past the “Bar Parade” to the 24 kilometer marker stone. Turn left straight after it and onto Canal Rd. Follow this flat, but bumpy in places,road for four and a half kilometers till you reach the house.
