Villa Barbaria is a magnificent Villa with 5 bedrooms-4 Baths and 2 swimming pools (1 interior). This modernist home is equipped to give you a truly luxurious holiday in one of the most beautiful environments Spain has to offer.
Villa Barbaria is probably one of the most beautiful and best equipped villas on the Costa de la luz. The Villa is located on the beautiful sandy beach of Atlanterra and is surrounded by a 2,200 m² garden. The total area of the House is 610 m² which offer, among other things, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a huge living area with open fireplace, library, and various seating areas. The House is located on a hill, which overlooks the Bay of CABO DE PLATA and the Strait of Gibraltar and Morocco, beyond. In the nearby fishing village of Zahara de Los Atunes, you will find all kinds of shops, small supermarkets a fresh fish and produce market, pharmacy, medical facility and a number of good fish restaurants.
The House has two swimming pools, one of which inside and in winter heated. The House has central heating throughout and air conditioning in the main rooms and all bedrooms.
It was designed by the Architects Antonio D. and D. Carlos Lamela, who enjoy the highest international reputation as a tribute to Le Corbusier, in rationalistic style, and was published several times by renowned national and international architecture magazines
Villa Barbaria strongly resembles the architecture of the Bauhaus period. The form of itschimneys, the white metal railings and several decks and terraces, remind of the forms a ship and one of the rooms looks like a comders bridge with a view of the Bay of Atlanterra. Like an elegant Oceanliner Villa Barbaria has large glass fronts with views over the sea. Transparency, natural light and openness, define the concept of living space of Villa Barbaria. Staying true to this concept the main terrace is a natural extension of the Interior space only seperated by large sliding glassdoors which are easily removed to make both spaces one. Also the bed rooms, follow the same pattern and have private terraces and outdoor spaces which can not be seen into, just like the main deck is protected and completely invisible from the outside.

All you can see from the bed is the big sea in front of you, the light and the sea from the left, and the garden.
The Villa also offers a heated indoor pool whose use would increase the rental price per week in € 450.00.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: To make a booking, you previously required 30% deposit of the rental. Once you have confirmed your intention to book a property shall transfer this amount to the account indicated. The costs arising from the transfer to pay, go by the tenant.
The remaining amount (70%) will be paid 30 days before your arrival to the account specified. We do not accept credit cards or checks as payment.
The property is for private use only, and lease. Any other use must be expressly authorized. They can not stay in the house more people than are indicated in the booking form or lease.
The client is obliged to leave the apartment in the same state it was in when you enter, ie clean (scrubbed dishes, trash removal ...), leaving the furniture in the same location in which it was.
The house will be ready for occupancy from 17 pm the day of arrival.
The customer will leave the house at 11. 00 hours a day planned (to clean and condition in case that day has another entry planned), time shown on the rental agreement.
