There is also a phone entry system. The apartment comprises fully furnished lounge with Tv/Dvd and freeview box. A selection of DVDs and books are provided. Internet access is available with dongle or local cafes offer free wi-fi if you patronise them.
There are two bedrooms, one with en-suite. Both bedrooms are set up with two single beds. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes.
There is a kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave and dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. All crockery and cutlery is supplied together with tea and hand towels. There is also a bistro table and 4 chairs.
We also provide a complimentary welcome pack with essentials.
The utility room has washing machine, iron and ironing board. All washing powder/dishwasher tablets are included. Hot water is provided by gas water heater.
We are also able to provide travel cot with linen and high chair.
There is a large terrace outside with patio table and chairs and sunbeds with parasol. The terrace leads through a private gate into the community gardens where both adult and children's swimming pools are situated. Beach towels are provided.
The apartment is 75.60m sq and the patio including covered portico is 65.80m sq.
The area is situated close to the Portuguese Algarve with numerous wildlife reserves. The nearest town is Ayamonte, a charming, typically Spanish town with bars, restaurants, banks and health centre.
Also nearby are water parks, karting and beach activities. The Donana National Park is approx. one hour's drive away. Visit Seville and Granada.
