Yet still only 1 kilometre from centre of Nerja. The house has been decorated and refurbished with rustic and artistic flair, and has a delightful feeling of space and comfort. Fantastic views south down the valley to the sea, and all around to the Almijara mountains. There is a private pool solar heated 8x4 metres , perfectly situated for sun all day.Huge terrace with sunbeds perfect for sun worshipers . Beside the pool there is a barbecue house with tables and chairs, sun beds, covered terrace and seating for 10 people.
Bedrooms: There are two double bedrooms, two twins, . Patio doors lead to terrace of private pool from downstair twin bedroom. Large south and east facing terrace off the principal bedroom with views to the sea and Almijara mountains. Aircon to two bedrooms
Bathrooms: Three shower rooms all ensuite .One a huge walk in family showrer room !!!
Kitchen: Electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine.
Living Rooms: Huge glass conservatory to the south /east of the property with stunning views Dining area for 8 people,Lounge has stereo, sky TV .dvd and free internet.Open fire for the Winter months .Book case with take one leave one availabilty.
Other: The pool is solar heated and has a solar mat to extend the swimming season.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Bed linen as well as towels are provided. In case of two week letting a small clean as well as change of bedding and towels is done mid week.
