Casa Manilva is a beautiful terraced house of 105 m2 in the area of Chimenea, residencia Amaranto in Nerja. Our house is one of two houses of the 14 in the newly built neighbourhood that has its own entrance, situated only 400 meters from the popular beach of Burriana. By Burriana beach you have shops and restaurants with various themes. The modern kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with all necesseties, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The house has three bedrooms, one toilet and one bathroom on the second floor, and one toilet on the first floor. All bedrooms have air-condition and are of very high standard. There are three different sizes of beds, 180, 160 and 140 cm. The big roof terrace of 60 m2 has an inviting lounge and a beautiful dining area covered by a pergola for relaxing shade as well as an uncovered area for sunbathing and out-door showering if in need of cooling off. The roof terrace offers a magnificent view over the mountains and over the shared private pool. The roof terrace is also equipped with a gas barbeque grill. The house also has a terrace on the bottom floor where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, or why not - an afternoon drink. The centre of Nerja is approximately 1.5 kilometres from the house, and close by there is a local bus service that drives from the area into the centre. Moreover, during high season you have access to a small supermarket close by.
