Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms (with shower and one en suite).There is also a large space comprising a living room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. It has a furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the sea view and the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach. The main floor has four bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with twin beds) and two bathrooms (with showers). Finally we have another large area composed of living room and kitchen. EXTERIOR: The villa has a large landscaped garden with palm trees and pine trees. We found a nice pool with terrace. On this terrace we have a gazebo, chairs and gas or charcoal grill. We have an outdoor shower and a toilet. The plot offers plenty of space to park our cars. LOCATION: Located in a magnificent estate with golf course. A 700 metres you have a large supermarket, bank, pharmacy and restaurants. The villa is situated in a dead end road, so there is tranquility. In 5 minutes by car can find numerous coves and crystal clear waters and 10 minutes away you have the town of Moraira. This town has a beautiful sandy beach.
