DISTRIBUTION: This charming villa has 165 m2 and is distributed on two floors connected externally. The main floor has two bedrooms (one with two trundle beds and one double bed and en suite bathroom), we have another bathroom with Jacuzzi and a fully equipped modern kitchen overlooking the spacious and comfortable living room from wich you can access a nice covered terrace with garden furniture that overlooks the pool. The ground floor has (two bedrooms, one with double bed and one twins), bathroom with shower, small but nice kitchen fully equipped and a lounge / dining room with a TV and DVD. EXTERIOR: The grounds are 1000m2 and has a beautiful terrace and pool surrounded by well-kept tree garden, BBQ area with sink and shower. Access to the house is paved and causes no problems for large vehicles. The parking can hold several cars. LOCATION: The villa "Sirena" is located in a residential area "Fanadix" and is between Moraira (3km) and Calpe (6km), close to shops, restaurants ... OTHER: ADMISSION OF ANIMALS UPON REQUEST
