LAYOUT: This luxurious 250 m2 house is spread over two floors connected by a wooden staircase. Upstairs we have two bedrooms (both with double beds) and a large bathroom with a spa tub and a large dressing room. The master bedroom has a terrace from which you can see the Mediterranean Sea. On the main floor there are two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with a single bed) and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath). We have a great space comprising a comfortable lounge and dining area. Finally we find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a striking red color. EXTERIOR: Leaving the hall of the house we find a beautiful furnished terrace and deck, perfect for our coffee time. It has a large swimming pool, surrounded by sun terrace and artificial turf. At a different level of the pool there is a barbecue area with sink. To access the plot of 1100 m2 there's an automatic door and there is enough space to park our cars.
