DISTRIBUTION: The 280 M2 villa is divided on two floors and connected by an internal staircase. Upstairs we have two large bedrooms with double beds, a shower room and a small kitchen. There is an access to a terrace from one of the rooms. Downstairs, there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a single bed) and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath). It has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. EXTERIOR: Has a nice plot of 1000 m2 with a garden with lawn, palms and trees. A terrace with loungers and a kidney shaped pool, with beautiful sea views. It has a covered furnished terrace with portable BBQ and garage for our car, an elevator that leads from the garage to the pool level. LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Moraira, a wonderful village with a beautiful sandy beach and many unspoilt coves of crystalline waters. The villa is at 2.5 km from the village, the beach, the sea and all amenities.
