On the main floor, there are three bedrooms (one with double bed and two with single beds) and two bathrooms (one en suite with shower and a shower room). Fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with fireplace that looks out onto the terrace. EXTERIOR: From the house we access to the covered furnished terrace from which we can enjoy a nice dinner with a great pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, palm trees and artificial grass. At the entrance of the house there is a barbecue area and a summer kitchen. LOCATION: Located in the town of Moraira where many shops and restaurants are at your disposal. This village has a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. A magnificent marina surrounded by restaurants and bars where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine.
