DISTRIBUTION: This magnificent villa is spread over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms. There is a living room with access to a large outdoor terrace, where we can enjoy the view. On the ground floor at level pool, there is a bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom. We also have a spacious dining room and lounge. A nice kitchen, a laundry room and a cloak room.
EXTERIOR: The villa has a beautiful waterfall pool that blends in with the Mediterranean Sea. A large terrace surrounds the pool with various resting places as well as a gazebo. The grounds are accessed through an automatic sliding door, where there's enough parking space.
