You will be pleased with the size of this villa which is newly refurbished and redecorated throughout and has a lovely garden with private pool and fantastic BBQ area.
The nice lounge is comfortable and homely with a large flat screen TV giving UK channels via SKY free to view, there are two large sofas and a third sofa which can be converted to a sofa bed to sleep an additional 2 guests if required. Hot and cold air conditioning is installed for your comfort. The American style kitchen is well equipped for your stay and there is also a dining table to seat 4 people inside if required. Sliding doors from this room then open to the fabulous terrace area and private pool which has lots of space for soaking up the sun as well as plenty of seating for dining Al Fresco including, a fantastic charcoal BBQ and bright seating which is found on a lower level.
Outside you will also find sunbeds around the pool and extra seating in both sun and shady areas. There is also a children´s swing set.
There is a long hallway leading to all the bedrooms which has a desk and bookcase with many books available for guests in different languages. The bedrooms are all a very good size, light and airy and all have wardrobes and air conditioning installed. You will find two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms for 8 guests plus there is a full bathroom with shower over the bath and a further shower room.
This villa has lots to offer all ages and is well located to ensure you have a great holiday. Please do note that although built all on one level, there is a step from the hallway to one of the bedrooms and also to the kitchen and lounge area. There are also small steps to access the different areas of the garden.
