Leave the car behind and come and enjoy the sun!
The apartment can be found on the 3rd floor and there is lift access. As you enter into a large entrance hallway you will find to one side that the separate kitchen is well equipped with many appliances including an electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, toaster and microwave. There is a handy utility area off the kitchen housing the washing machine, iron and ironing board, and also an external washing line for ease of drying off beach towels, swim suits, etc.
The lounge is well furnished with a large leather sofa which also doubles as a sofa bed for an additional guest and two comfy leather chairs, giving lounge seating for 5 persons. For your enjoyment there is a flat screen TV and DVD player. WIFI is available but must be pre-booked.The large dining table has seating for up to 6 persons too. The terrace off the lounge has been glazed in and furnished with high table and bar stools, great for relaxing with a glass of wine and watching the world go by. The views from the terrace face the Parque L'Aiguera Julio Iglesia Emporium, a lovely park area where various events are held throughout the summer months.
The two bedrooms both have twin beds, one with en suite bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of wardrobe space and the master bedroom also overlooks the park.
There is a further shower room off the entrance hallway, ideal for couples or families to each have their own bathroom.
Hot and cold air conditioning is available throughout the apartment, great for both summer holidays and winter sun breaks. This is provided using a coin meter where 1€ will give you approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling.
This apartment is really special as it has a large communal roof terrace with swimming pool. Deckchairs are provided in the apartment for you to take up to the roof where you can soak up the sun or take a dip in the pool and admire sea and mountain views at the same time. A shower and toilet have also been installed on the roof for your convenience. Please note that there is one flight of stairs up from the lift to access the roof terrace.
The beaches, promenade and Old Town are literally a 10 minutes walk away.
