The apartment is large and spacious penthouse apartment offering you a wonderful base for your holiday. You will find on entering the apartment a large kitchen fully equipped for your stay with oven hob and dishwasher and a seperate utility room with washing machine and dryer. In the kitchen is also a breakfast table and stools.
On the main floor there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a twin room also wioth fitted wardrobes. There is a family shower room and toilet. From the hallway you enter the Living room area which is a large spacious area with a dining table for four people and a large corner sofa and lounge chairs. There is a TV and dvd player for your use. You will find large patio doors and windows to enjoy the spectular sea views. The patio doors lead to the balcony area which has a table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining and also enjoy the view.
In the living room you you will find a stairway leading to an office area which you are welcome to use. This area leads to the to master bedroom also with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room. The master bedroom enjoys its own private balcony with table and chairs and also views to the sea and hill side.
Available with the apartment is a private garage parking space and lift access to the 3rd floor.
Air conditioning is installed throughtout the apartment for your comfort and can give heating or cooling.
From the main block enterance guests have access to the spacious swimming pool and gardens. There is also a childrens play area for those visiting with children who like to play and explore. The grounds are secure as the apartment is located within a gated community.
Within a few minutes walk of the apartment you can explore the near by harbour and there is a beach area to enjoy if you fancy a swim in the warm waters of the mediterranean sea.
If you are calculating your stay using the nightly quoted rate, this rate does not include additional costs such as departure clean and laundry, please add 195€uros to your final price
*A 20% deposit (minimum 250€uros) will secure your dates with the balance payable 56 days before your arrival. The advertised price includes both departure clean and laundry charges. For 2 week bookings a mini mid stay clean and laundry change will be included.
*A 250€uros refundable damage deposit will be required.
Payments are accepted by credit/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
*WIFi is available for a supplement of 20€uros per week, for 2 or more week stays discounts are available.
*Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property.
*Bed linen & towels are provided. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels only.
