Apartment Sleeps2Bedrooms1Bathrooms1Minimum Stay2 nightsOur comfortable one bedroom apartment is to be found in a fantastic area of Albir, just a walk away from the beach, restaurants, shops and a great bus service linking the town with Benidorm, Altea and Alfaz del Pi. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessed via a lift, and has a terrace looking towards the beach area. The apartment has been renovated during the summer of 2014 and has had a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom suite. The lounge is a good size with a comfortable sofa which will also open into two single beds so additional guests are welcome. There is a flat screen TV and satellite TV installed. Doors from the lounge open to the terrace which is furnished with table and chairs, perfect for watching the world go by. WIFI is also available at the property but must be pre-booked. The kitchen has everything you need including a 4 ring electric hob and electric mini oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and plenty of plates and glasses. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and facilities. In the bedroom you will find two single beds next to a large picture window and adequate wardrobe space. A safe is available but must be pre-booked please. The bathroom is modern and has a shower over the bath and sink set into a vanity unit which gives lots of space for your toiletries. Outside you will find a communal pool with plenty of space around for soaking up the sun. To the front of the building is a very nice restaurant however there are many to choose from in the area. Smoking is permitted at our apartment but please we ask that smoking is on the terrace only
