For the discriminating Caribbean traveler, this is an experience in island luxury not soon to be forgotten. This villa is perfect for a family or a group of friends to get together and enjoy each other for a wonderful vacation experience.
The gorgeous Casa Boco complex includes a three bedroom main house along with two studio apartments within the villa guest house. St Maarten Island visitors can rent a single studio for 1-2 people or the three bedroom main house for 2-6 people, or the entire five-bedroom, five-bath Caribbean villa estate suitable for up to 10 people.
The studio rentals are complete with a small kitchenette, cable tv, private bath, and patio. It is equipped with coffee maker, microwave, cook-top, pots dishes and other necessities to make this a very comfortable complete studio apartment. Each studio has its private entrance and private patio.
Our Casa Boco villa rates are based upon the number of guests in your party and the particular St. Maarten tourist season. This is a very popular Dutch side property and we advise you to book your St Maarten vacation early.
Please do not smoke in luxurious Casa Boco. We request that all tobacco use be confined to outside areas and that proper receptacles are used to keep our St. Maarten villa grounds beautiful.
Both the Casa Boco main house and guest studios are fully air conditioned for your comfort.
