Casa Boco studio offer couples the chance to be in the midst of the best fun in St. Maarten. Yet you are in a quiet residential area with the ocean and the sunsets at your doorstep. In addition to having a private entrance and a private reading and dining terrace overlooking the pool and Caribbean, you have the comfort of a large studio and bath with a small mini kitchen all to yourselves.
The entrance to the beach is just a short walk away. A little further down the road, you can enjoy the hottest spot on the island for plane watching, people watching and food and drink. This would be Maho Beach where you can hop into the ocean for a great swim.
Additional facilities include a 100 foot pool deck and large pool for your use. The views are ever changing. Watch the incoming and outgoing cruise ships, sailing vessels, sightseeing boats and most the beautiful sunsets you can imagine.
Dine on your private terrace for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you wish. Or even better enjoy your cocktail hour which is whenever it is “Noon is Rangoon”. If you are lucky to be there when our banana trees are having babies, put them in your blender to make a delicious drink.
The proximity to shopping, grocery stores and gift shops is just minutes away. People call the Maho area “town” so you can be happily shopping without going into the more crowded areas of the main towns.
You will be superbly comfortable in your air conditioned studio with it’s well equipped kitchen, private bath, cable TV, internet access and telephone.
