Minimum StayLe Bleu is Horrible
My wife have stayed at several units in Las Arenas including Le Bleu. this year when we arrived for our 2 1/2 week stay we found the unit to be a huge disappointment. We found their long time property guy Gordon had suddenly died so it was real convenient for them to blame everything on Gordon. here is a list of the things we found: Paint falling off the walls of the unit from water damage. House safe would not open and they didn't have a key to open it (issue was resolved in a day or two). Lights under the kitchen fan hood don't work or are too dim. Only 2 bath towels for the entire unit and they were the cheapest quality. Only 2 beach chair towels. None of the 3 sliding doors have locks that work. There was only 1/3 of a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Overly complicated TV system that kept going out on us. Ants in the kitchen. There is only enough silverware, plates and dishes for 4 place settings. The dishwasher is a piece of junk. The filter had never been taken out and cleaned or replaced. If you run a small load they will not come clean and standing water will still be in the dishwasher. Hot water in the showers barely gets hot enough to use. If you are taking a shower and someone turns on the clothes dryer the power goes out to the entire unit. Finally the last day we started to find cockroaches in the kitchen.

Las Arenas is a 12-unit private condo building offering gated off street parking, inter-com system, night security guard, and a generator to ensure no electrical interruptions.
