The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the Eastern edge of the famous old fishing village of Crail. Backing on to the sea it enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views to the Isle of May and beyond.
Every window enjoys views of the sea or open countryside.
The accommodation is spacious and attractive, with gas-fired central heating and sealed double glazing throughout. Features include the lounge with patio doors leading into the superb conservatory from which the views can be enjoyed on three sides. Also on the ground floor are the attractive breakfasting kitchen, dining room and very handy under-stair toilet.
On the upper floor are the master bedroom, with double bed and en-suite double shower room. There are two further bedrooms with a single bed in each. A second bed is situated under each single bed which pulls out easily to make a (slightly smaller) 'twin' in each room. The photographs illustrate the master bedroom, then the second bedroom with both beds made up, and the third bedroom showing one bed - with the pull out bed still hidden underneath.
