Unbelievable Experience
DO NOT PASS THIS PROPERTY BY! Kevin is absolutely wonderful to work with and assist in any way that he can. He was always quick to respond and provide information about the area. He also set us up with his cousin Felipe for a GREAT catered meal one evening. The view of this place is absolutely awesome and the service provided by Kevin, makes it 1000% top notch. Even had a chance to meet the owner and what a great guy! This is a must stay place!

The house was as advertised including the backyard
The house was as advertised including the backyard with the pool. We spent the majority of our time in the room with the pool table or outside which was excellent. The property and house manager were both excellent in answering any questions and providing us information and where to visit and eat. Our overall experience was excellent and would certainly rent it again.

Awesome place, comfortable beds, fun pool
This is an awesome spot, super comfortable, lots of space for a family to spread out in. Kevin got us there, showed us the place, and gave us tons of recommendations on what to do and where to eat. He did this for us our entire stay, we asked him tons of questions, and he never acted putout, he always helped us out. The kids played for hours in the pool and we were lucky enough to stay here on New Years Eve. We sat on the balcony and watched what seemed like all of Puerto Rico light off amazing fireworks, one of the best displays we've ever seen. We spent a lot of time at the beaches, so it is a bit of a drive, but this house is completely worth it.

Pictures Don't Do it Justice.
This House is in great condition considering it survived a major Hurricane. This was on of our primary concerns. The rooms are huge all bedrooms have walk in closets. The views can only truly be appreciated in person. We felt safe, welcomed and comfortable. Kevin, the property manager, was always available to answer any questions throughout our stay. The location is perfect happy medium between the city sights and adventure spots like the rain-forest. Can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Property is beautiful, Fun and Inviting!
This was a great experience! The host Kevin was incredible, so knowledgeable and fun! his energy is out-right infectious!!! ...We had the honor of meeting and spending time with the owner, who was absolutely one of the most magnanimous and influential human beings you could ever come across. We stayed at this property for a little over a month and was very sad to go. This is a must stay! With 3 guarded gates, getting onto the property was always effortless(once you are registered on the residence log). The View from the backyard is heavenly. The Coca Cola room was one of our favorite places to be in the house. I will be going back when ever I'm in PR again. >>Wonderful place to call yours while in PR<<

Even better than expected
The pictures didn't do it justice! Very nicely-kept property. This turned out to be a great decision. The house was very clean, very spacious, and featured a fantastic pool and outdoor patio area. We would definitely come back! The owner and property manager are first-rate. We recommend it highly!

This 6 bedrom 5.5 half bath mcmansion has 6500 sqft for your entire family to enjoy. All bedrooms have walkin closets, ac and fresh linen. we also have three living room areas. The music room has space to dance and a gran piano. The middle living room is next to kicthen and has a giant 70 inch tv for the entire family while the rest on the giant reclining leather sofa. The Coke Room is our entartainment living room, with pool table, working soda fountain and a bar. The enitire house has air condiointing. This room leads to your own 100 ft long pool with two slides modeled after the spanish for El Morro. We have an outdorr kitchen with a huge grill and a concrete roof, bar and fridge. Out here you can enjoy the view of the rolling hills and the Ocean in the horizen. Plenty of space for 8 cars in the driveway. House also comes equpped with interent wifi and cable.
About The Area
We are locate in encantad a luxury gated community 20 minute from san juan airport and its beaches. we are 30 minute from the rainforest and 30 minutes from the addventure parks.
House Rules
We really want our clients to be happy. However, we really need your help at night. You can be as loud as like during the day but at night outside no yelling or loud music please. Our neighbors really need there sleep. yo also need to rent cars to stay here. Uber can't be your only form of transportation.
Suitability
We prefer families. No bachelor Parties. Cuoples retreart are welcome. however, note that you cant be loud at night
