The property is located in a resort called Villas del Faro, named after the last Spanish-built Lighthouse before Puerto Rico was ceded to United States by Spain in 1898. It is just five minutes drive to the Lighthouse. The resort has two swimming pools, racket court, tennis court and basketball court.
Located in a hill facing Playa Larga on the East, a beautiful golden sand beach. On the South side it overlooks the Caribbean Sea, and the river and valley of Maunabo. It has large backyard with remarkable view of the sea and mountains. Ideal for barbeque in the afternoon. All are welcomed but the condo is the main attraction to families. Just 20 minutes to Yabucoa Ralph's Warehouse where you can find all-important groceries.
Stairs: This patio-apartment on the 1st floor of the building but the entrance to the building is on the 3rd floor. To get into the apartment, you have to go down 2 sets of stairs and go up the stairs to go out of the apartment.
