My family stayed here in June and we had so much fun! The condo is spotless and just like the pictures. Palmas Del Mar is beautiful and we never ran out of things to! We also explored Old San Juan and kayacked to Monkey Island. If we visit Puerto Rico again, we will come back here!

Absolutely Amazing!!
You always hope that a place turns out to be like the pictures. This is the place that was SPOT ON. It's as beautiful as it looks and more. I've already begun telling many others about it with the hopes that they experience the villa too. You can tell that the property owner Matt Newman is proud of the spotless villa and wants to ensure the renter is well taken care of. He's always within an hours response of an email full of questions. And Nancy (the property manager) was the most patient and helpful person we encountered while we were there. No matter what time of day I called or texted her, she always greeted me warmly and was more than willing to help in any way possible. I HIGHLY recommend this villa to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

Steps from the beach. Felt like home.
From booking this property to our last day there the experience was nothing but amazing. It is clear the owner of this villa wants you to feel at home while you are there and Nancy, the property manager follows his lead by making sure the villa is spotless. All we had to do was fill the refrigerator and enjoy our vacation. Will definitely be back.

This luxury Beach Villa in Palmas Del Mar has just been completely renovated. Everything is new. Air Conditioning throughout. Internet access. The living area and each of the three bedrooms has ocean view or golf course view balcony access. Balcony access can also be locked off for privacy or child safety concerns. With easy access to the San Juan (SJU) airport and attractions like the Bio Bay in Fajardo, El Yunque rainforest and many boating options, Palmas del Mar is the place to be. Whether your adventurous side drives you or your goal is simply to relax, we have it all from 15 restaurants, two golf courses, an equestrian center and more.
Open the front door to the ocean breeze and see the ocean. A 90 second walk gets you there. If a pool is more your fancy, our pool is large and in fantastic shape and private to our condo association only.
Let’s take a tour. As you enter the villa foyer, you are presented with all the luxury beach towels for your stay and presented with the new tile floors that you will experience throughout. Just to your right is the laundry room with a new high efficiency washer and dryer set. Head up the stairs to your all stainless steel kitchen where everything is new from the appliances to the cabinets and cookware. An open floor plan opens up into your dining area and living area all with new furniture and a 60” TV and golf course balcony access.
Just to the left of the living area is the master bedroom with an amazing newly restyled bathroom and a 40”TV. Be sure to see the pictures. This bedroom with a king size bed offers golf course view balcony access.
Just up a short set of steps are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms as well as the second full bath with a tub. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, 40” TV and an oceanview balcony. The 3rd bedroom offers 4 twin bunkbeds with oceanview balcony access. Our villa offers comfortable sleeping to 8 and offers large closets in each bedroom.
Each bedroom and the living area have their own independently controlled air conditioners allowing our guests to choose their own comfort.
Our villa is complimented by our onsite property management service Comfort Rentals who is there to provide a friendly face to your visit and cater to any concerns that may arise.
