Kitchen, living room, main floor bedroom and family room open to the pool deck area. Ideal for entertainment and monitoring kids in the pool. A wet bar is available with wine cooler, gas grill, ice machine and assorted terrace tables with seat eighteen people.
There are 2 family rooms on the ground floor for children or teenagers. Another room is adjacent to covered terrace and kitchen with television and DVDs. The kitchen accesses into the covered terrace. The living room has its baby grand piano overlooking the pool deck. The 3rd floor terrace offers stunning views of the El Yunque National Rainforest, marina and the ocean. The garden comprises a pond/fountain with beautiful rustic stone seating. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the nature.
