It is located in the center of Porto, is 700 meters from the Town Municipality and the Avenue of the ?Aliados? and it's 200 meters from the central metro station of Porto ? ?Trindade?, with direct metro connection to the airport.
The house has two apartments.
On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom apartment with one bedroom, dining room, living room, bathroom, kitchen and a terrace. This apartment is possible to accommodate 2-4 people and has 75 square meters plus 10 square meters of terrace.
(On the first floor there is a 3 bedroom duplex apartment - with 2 bedrooms, dining room, living/bedroom, 3 bathrooms and a terrace. This apartment is possible to accommodate 2-8 people and has 110 square meters plus 28 square meters of terrace. For groups, it is possible to connect the two apartments and the two terraces.)
Don't need a car to visit the city.
