And you won’t even need a car to come here. From the airport, a direct metro connection will let you on Campanhã rail station and from there, several trains by day, will let you on Parada station, at walking distance from the property. On this rural area, the bread and groceries are still delivered at the door by local suppliers and the vegetables, you can harvest yourself from the garden.
Mr. Osório, the proud owner and concerned host, will show you all the spots of this property of 22.000 m2.
Part of the ancient house, hundreds of years old, was restored into a suite where privacy was the main concept. You will have here a bedroom with double bed and a privat bathroom.
Two studio apartments were built nearby, taking advantage of the amazing view over the river and waterfalls. Each of the two apartments has a double bed and a small double sofa-bed (suitable for children). Private bathroom and a kitchenette add comfort and utility to each apartment. Although all the spaces have central heating, you will find a cozy fireplace in each apartment.
As common areas, to be shared by the guests from the suite and from the 2 studio apartments are a big kitchen, living room and terrace, garden with pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped, if you wish to cook and enjoy a meal with your friends. If you just want to make a barbecue you have a shadowed, fresh terrace and, nearby, a living room for parties or relaxing moments.
Outdoors you will have plenty of ways to entertain yourself, from taking bath on the river or on the pool, catching sun, having golf fun in the home made putting green, to discover the little island of the two turtles in the middle of the river, canoying or enjoy the biological agriculture.
