With this location, you can enjoy different attractions whether historic, cultural, natural , urban , sporting, religious or gastronomic .
The lower floor of the house reflects a space of conviviality in which the main divisions (dining room, living room and kitchen) is a single open space. To continue on the same floor there are also two outdoor spaces: in the front - a patio where you can make a solarium, moon dinners and even put a removable pool; the other the side - an area whit approx. 25m2 you can have meals, features a grill and a wood oven. On this floor is also possible to have access to a garage with space for one car.
On the second floor there is a reading room (convertible in a room ) with a mezzanine to the living room and two suites . The rooms are good in size and one is equipped with bath and the other with a shower.
Finally, the property also has a backyard - approx. 65m2 - with an aromatic garden were you can relax and use to gardening.
During the summer the property preserves a comfortable and pleasant temperature. In winter, despite also feeling a controlled temperature, it is still possible to start a fire in the fireplace which in turn merged with a boiler, heats the whole house. It’s also possible to use a boiler burner to heat the water and the house.
In relation to the surroundings, you can do some hiking or biking. The neighborhood is welcoming and open to anyone visiting the area.
Still stands the chance to taste the local cuisine cooked in a wood oven of the house by a local habitant, simply by informing in advance – the service is paid directly.
