At Monte da Lagoa we have two apartments, both studios. One is located on the top floor of the house (Seagull Studio) and another one on the bottom (Lagoa Garden Studio), on the ground floor.
Both have different entrances and are accessed by different stairs. Meaning even if they are both booked, we assure you all privacy, as one apartment can`t be seen from the other.
Lagoa Garden Studio is located on the ground floor of the house, accessed by some exterior stairs among the blue horthensias...
It is prepared for two people (+2), long or short stays... with the sofa bed, can accommodate two extra person...
It is an open space, with a bedroom area, kitchinet, living room and bathroom...and of course, all the outside area...
The heating of the apartment is only with a fire place, very nice one, and we provide logs for the whole stay. No matter how cold and windy may be outside, inside the apartment all comfort is assured...just make sure you are able to light the fire place....
In the bedroom area we have a large double bed, 1,60x200.
We provide bed linen, bath towels and bath robes...
The WC has only a shower with modern glass doors, sink and toilet, not bath... hair dryer and bath robes are also provided...
On the dinning area, place for a group of 4;
Kitchen: microwave, fridge, eletrical cooker, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, pans and many other accessories...
Entertainment: books in different languages and games.
Wifi: only in the local Restaurants or at the Golf Course.
Parking: free, any time. We do recommend having a car during your stay!!!
Of course if you would like to come along with some friends or family, you can book both apartments having the whole place just for your selves. In this case it can accommodate up to 7 people.
Any special or different requirement from this list, can be provided only under previous request.

As we don´t ask for any damage deposit, we kindly ask you for leaving the necessary amount to replace any broken pieces or damages caused during your stay.
We kindly ask you for a booking deposit of 20%;
The remaining balance shall be paid on your arrival day, at the house, in cash.
