With lots of fruit trees, typical plants, bananas and vine yards, you can enjoy the typical environment of Madeira Island. Having only 4 apartments (all open plans) at the house, gives you the excellent opportunity of coming along with some friends or family. Although being close to each other, all the apartments are very private and totally equipped. Privacy and quietness, is the main thing we want to preserve in this house, not having the feel of staying in a Hotel, but a truly 'Home to Home'... .

ORCHID apartment:
located at the top floor of the house just beside the archad`s terrace, this was our last apartment(open plan), finally renewed. It is separated from it by some doors, so you will keep all your privacy. It enjoys a wonderful view over the city and harbour. It has it's own balcony, with a table and two chairs for you to enjoy your meals outside. Inside the apartment , you have a lot of space and lots of light, as it has 3 big windows, all them with a fantastic view over the sea and city. it is equipped with a king bed size (1, 60 m), very comfortable mattress, wonderful pillows, which will make your rest longer than you thought. The kitchinet is equipped with everything you may need for your stay, including a big fridge. The bathroom inside the apartment, is also spacey and looks very nice, as you can see through the pictures. As 'Orchid' is located on the second floor of the building, you must be sure you are well fitted to get there, as the access is by some exterior stairs outside.
JASMIM, MAGNOLIA and LAVENDER:
These 3 apartments (all open plans) are located on the ground floor, one beside the others. They are all independent, with their size around 30 sqm. Each one has with its own living and dining room area, bed room area, kitchenette, and separated bathroom. All the equipment's are very modern, as everything was carefully build with all details, good taste, and above all, comfort. They all connect directly to the gardens, where you will find a table and chairs for you to enjoy your leisure time outside.
Although being very similar, the price of these apartments varies according to the size. Jasmim is the biggest and Lavender the smaller... Even though , they are all totally well equipped and decorated in a very good and tasty way.

Pool, garden, terrace, laundry :
In the gardens,we offer you some comfortable furniture where you can just seat and relax, while reading a book, by the pool, or elsewhere in the gardens......Each apartment is provided with a table and chairs outside, for delicious meals during your stay .....The terrace upstairs, with a magnificent view, offers you a special moment while watching the cruises coming.....We have some deckchairs all around, that you can take to your favorite corner of the Quinta.....With the wireless system, you can be working at your lap top outside the apartments, at the gardens.....The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests, as no one else lives at the property.....The swimming pool area is provided with deckchairs, chairs, table and sun umbrella, for each couple.....We have a separated utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron, iron table, etc, for your commodity. In this place, you can also keep your empty luggage during your stay.
Barbecue: we offer a small barbecue, that can be moved to wherever you prefer. It works with coal, which we don´t provide, but you can easily get it in the local supermarket.
Knowing the Island - we also have another property in Santo da Serra, Calheta and Porto Santo; so, in case you are staying for two weeks or more, you can enjoy staying one of them in another part of the Island; this will give you the chance to better explore other views.
During the whole year, we offer last minute rates, with a drop of price of 25%. You just have to book any of the coming two weeks ...ask for our availability and start packing !!!
