It provides a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life but on the edge of many excellent facilities, including the Golfe Santonio golf, spa and leisure resort (our guests enjoy 40% reduction on green fees). Figueira has 2 friendly restaurants and 2 food shops, with the well stocked supermarket in Budens only a short distance away. Figueira beach is unspoilt and reached by foot in 30 mins. A 5 min drive brings you to Salema, a colourful village with many restaurants all providing fresh fish and shellfish. The long beach is very safe for swimming so suitable for all ages. The area is a haven for coastal walks but a car is recommended to explore the rugged spectacular beaches of the West Coast.Our house has 3 bedrooms downstairs which have single beds All have wardrobes and dressing tables.The master bedroom can be made up as a superking bed.and has a separate ensuite. A large family shower room serves the other 2 bedrooms.French doors from 2 bedrooms open to a large hedged terrace with outdoor furniture and gas bbque and the other to the garden at the front. Gated stairs lead to a large living and dining area. French doors open to a spacious terrace for alfresco dining with wonderful elevated west facing views over the unspoilt countryside with full sun and spectacular sunsets Gated staircase leads to lower terrace.Comfortable modern furnishings for dining and lounging U.K.T.V free WIFI that serves the house and CD player. A separate modern kitchen has everything for modern living for six guests.Well stocked with cutlery crockery and glassware and plastic crockery for children. Electric hob and fan oven dishwasher washing machine food mixer microwave ironing board and iron.A separate cloakroom with wash hand basin and loo. High quality linen, towels and beach towels are provided and linen is changed with a weekly maid service.Our management team is friendly and helpful and easily accessible if required. A travel cot and high chair are available at no extra cost
