Villa is located on the top hill of Kissamos town in the area of Kounoupitsa. Is a modern comfortable building in the most famous area of Cretan bay. The unique view and the feeling of freedom make us to believe, that your vacations will stay to your memories for a long- long time.
Our property is 245 sq meters and consists of a ground floor of 140 sq meters and 1rst floor of 85 sq meters.
On the ground floors you will be provided with 2 living rooms 1 sitting room, kitchen foul equipped, storage room and a WC.
The first floor consists of 2 normal bedrooms and 1 master bedroom. In the master bedroom the is TV of 32 inches wardrobe and a small W.C.
At the semi basement areathere is an Independent apartment that will be used from me and my family (we will live there) in order to taking care of you.
External area of 500 sq meter offers you to many verandas, grass area for sun bedding, reading, children playing, and a perfect view to the kissamos bay.
There are two garden sitting rooms and a small vegetable garden that you can gather fresh biological products
Central heating and full automated air-conditions are provided.
Villa is suitable for big families with 3 or 4 children.
