The villa and resort are perfect for families and golfers alike. The villa has a landscaped garden, a private heated swimming pool and terrace area with a traditional Portuguese brick barbecue for outside dining as well as wifi.
The villa is spacious and light and is tastefully decorated in a modern décor. The bedroom arrangement makes it perfect for two families or groups holidaying together, with two double en-suite bedrooms upstairs and two twin rooms downstairs, sharing another family bathroom. Three bedrooms have their own dedicated terrace. Bed linen and indoor towels are provided. The open-plan living and dining area faces out on to the terrace, garden and swimming pool with sun loungers. There is also a table-tennis table next to the pool. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with high-end appliances.
There is no shortage of outdoor activities; the golf course at Praia D'EL Rey - with its spectacular views over the Atlantic, is arguably one of the most stunning golf courses in Europe (voted #1 in Portugal and #13 in Europe by the Golf World Magazine in 2011). A few minutes’ walk from the villa is the tennis center, club house, driving range and the kids club offering a wide range of activities. The beach, the Marriott hotel with its Spa and health club, restaurants and bars, are just a 10 minute walk from the villa. Within a 15 minute drive is the Obidos lagoon - an excellent swimming beach suitable for children and adults - two other championship golf courses as well as the beaches of Baleal and Peniche, famous for its surfing.
In addition, the area offers visitors a rich cultural experience. All within a 15 minute drive is the medieval town of Obidos with its striking castle, a UNESCO world heritage site, the wine route, various excellent restaurants and a number of rustic fishing towns.
