Deposit: 50 % to secure the reservation, remaining balance on collection of keys.
Security Deposit of 300 EUR is paid 30 days prior to arrival date to cover incidental charges. The deposit is fully refundable after the home has passed inspection for any damages/theft.
Final cleaning: 60 €
For a week or longer stay, cleaning will be included in total rental price.
Note: Can accommodate extra guests (no more then 8 guests total) for 25EUR per person, per night in addition to original price.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to date of arrival, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
