The Boat House has 3 bedrooms (two with double bed, another with a double and single bed) all with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms one of which is en suite. The huge room which includes sofas, a dining area, air conditioning, TV and DVD, all to feel comfortable, large patio for children to play, still has a garage that you can use to save two cars, boat, water scooter, 4 bike etc, and private parking for several cars.
