Ten minutes from Cascais,the little Saint-Tropez of Portugal.Two very famous golf courses of Quinta da Marinha nearby,wonderful 180� ocean view and wild beaches, lovely view of the Sintra Forest, mountain, castle and museum from the backyard. One very spacious master bedroom with bathroom and shower, plus an additional large double bedroom are all elegantly decorated duly fitted with Tv & designed glass tiled bathrooms, hardwood deck floors. Stunning sea views from inside the rooms,living room,kitchen, and several outer terraces and deck complement the sleeping quarters.both of them overlooking the ocean. Third bedroom facing sea, and fourth one facing the Sintra Forest and mountain, Mexican style bed. Open space design fully equipped gourmet kitchen, Barbecue on outer kitchen terrace
Lovely beaches walking distance, nearly private right in front the house, in protected plant and birds area, amazing view, many possible services, fully sport equipped. There is a 180 � wild stunning sea view, but you are only 20 minutes from Lisbon, its bars, restaurants and discos.
Fantastic wild or fashion beaches very nearby the house. I know the area well and will show you later the nicest restaurants, natural and sport wonders all around. With this villa, it is as if you were renting like a Ferrari : in the garage 6 All Road Bikes,,a surf board, a ping pong table, tennis rackets, archery,waterski, wakeboard, body surf equipment, etc?.2 Porsches ,one carrera 2 cabriolet and one spider Rsk 718, a moto yamaha Z1000, a new moto Vmax 1700, a 3 places jet sky for water ski and snorkeling nearby, 1 Range Roover big size, 1 new audi Q7, all evailable in option.
The main suite is 50 square meters, plus terrace, shower and bath harwood deck floor all with amazing sea view from 3 giant bay windows both sides. Both air conditioning and heat everywhere, American refrigerator, lovely convivial fully equipped open space design kitchen, full security, huge garden with design furniture, garden tent, kids toys, bikes,etc.
