The other house is in front of the valley. It has one bedroom with two signle bedrooms, another room with a sofa with two beds, one WC with shower, a kitchenette and a large porch where you can have your breakfast or meals, read, listen to music, or rest and see small animals.
Nearby there is the barbacue. Maximum occupation is 8 people.
The beach 'Praia dos Coxos' is 10 minutes walking and one can pratice surf or fishing in front of the house.
