Minimum StayThe view from the balcony is amazing
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this gorgeous apartment. The view from the balcony is amazing, we spent many hours sat watching the world go by (and the amazing wildlife, like a pair of Kestrels hunting just in front of the balcony). Local restaurants are brilliant, and its a short drive into Canico to the supermarket (or a steep walk...). A designated parking space is really handy, and I do think a car is helpful for this apartment.

perfect place.
Definitely place Teresa invested soul and effort in. accordingly to us as guests it meant loads to spend time in such Feng Shui space ☺️ with each piece in perfect place. Fantastically clean flat, amazing view and quiet neighbourhood. Place is equipped with absolutely everything you need. Our rate would be : 10 out of 10

The location is excellent
Teresa is currently overseas so we did not meet her, so her friend Conceicao is looking after the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and is obviously a home and not a Holiday Let. The location is excellent with a typical Madeiran view over the ocean but is necessary to have a car. Local shops and restaurants are not within walking distance. The underground parking and lift were much appreciated. Conveniently located 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Teresa is an amazing host with an amazing flat!
Teresa is an amazing host with an amazing flat! Although we didn't get to personally meet her, she was so sweet in coordinating our trip and helping us over the phone to find the place. The flat itself is large and bright and beautiful; the little touches made us feel right at home. The plants everywhere are wonderful for the atmosphere, and the balcony was our favorite place to eat breakfast and just enjoy the ocean view :) I would recommend this flat to everyone! Thank you Teresa!!

Integrated in a rural area, a home in an apartment ideal to work, relax or move... wake up to the bird´s song and the colours of sunrise coming from a never ending sea view... diving centers within walking distance, beaches,walking tracks, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, buses to Funchal. Enjoy the books, the cd's, the dvd's...132 channels available on cable tv ... private parking space included ...
