The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a garage space and a lift making accessibility very easy. On your doorstep there are some very nice restaurants overlooking the marina where you can sit and watch the world go by.
Guests staying at the apartment have access to communal pool at the Marina Club just 150 metres away, which has a large freeform pool, children's pool and plenty of sunbeds.
The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated in a modern and comfortable style. The fully fitted kitchen is open plan to the stylish living and dining area’s. There are 3 bedrooms, the main with en-suite. The other two bedrooms are twin rooms and share a bathroom. The apartment does have a lift.
Right on your doorstep are some very nice restaurants overlooking the marina where you can sit and watch the world go by. For families with children, there is a children's play area just 150 metres away. A short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping and markets.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is a 10 minute walk and you will find a variety of water sport activities available as well as some lovely beach bars/restaurants. For golfers, Palmares , Boavista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 20 minute drive away respectively. There is a supermarket just 300 metres away and the train station is located at the back of the Marina. There is ample parking in the underground garage, however a car is not necessary as everything is close at hand.
