The ground floor has a kitchen, bathroom, huge open plan living area, leading to the barbeque terrace and on to the pools and courtyard.
The lower ground floor has a large family room with a single and a king size bed next to the games room There is also a toilet/shower room.
The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, both en-suite, and views over the pools or the golf course.
There is a further large bedroom suitable for three in the attic. This room has a west facing sun terrace. The stairs to this room are steep and it’s not suitable for young children or elderly guests, but ideal for teenagers with 2 single beds (and an extra inflatable double bed), it also has a roof terrace with table and four chairs and two sunbeds.

50% non refundable booking fee is required when booking. Balance of 50% plus €200 security deposit required 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks providing everything is OK.
