1 double,2 twin rooms, 1 sofa bed on large landing, Two well equipped bathrooms with baths, showers and bidets. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, full complement of mops and brooms, drying rack, shelving. Good storage space for beach "gear" etc. 2 sofas, several easy chairs, footstool or child's chair. Large rug. Main dining table and 6 chairs. TV with "box" for approaching 100 channels of english speaking stations (NB this includes several BBC regional channels and several ITV).
1 veranda overlooking pool another veranda. If you want Sky channels you must take your own Sky card. Towels and linen are included and are changed between each letting. Cleaned between each letting. Additional maid service by arrangement.
No central heating but three portable radiators in case there is a nip in the air.
On 2nd floor and a duplex, therefore apartment not suitable for wheelchairs. Shared swimming pool - quite large. Nearest golf course within half a mile. Many courses throughout Algarve
