The house is constructed on 2 storeys above our own garage and is on a pedestrianized square which has trees and a pleasant open area, as well as a small tapas bar in the far corner.
The living area, surrounded by picture windows, is situated on the second floor which has views over the square to the sea and barrier islands .It's comfortably furnished with a flatscreen satellite tv and also a selection of dvd's to watch and books to read. The terrace looks back over the old town rooftops towards the hills forming the countryside and is perfect for breakfast, or a drink watching the sunset in the evening.Stairs from the terrace lead up to the roof terrace which has a stunning 360º view of the sea and rooftops over the town. Looking at the lights and the stars over the islands is simply magical!
The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with everything you might need for your culinary expertise, although to be honest, there are so many good restaurants you probably will only need to use the fridge and bottle opener!
On the first floor there are 2comfortable bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor.. Our house is particularly well furnished and equipped because we use it ourselves and so are aware of the many things lacking in purely rental properties. We like to think that we offer everything you might need including beach umbrellas, towels and even a shopping trolley!.
