Main bathroom comprises bath with shower over, wc, bidet, and contemporary sink.
En-suite bathroom has shower, wc and a contemporary glass sink.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has been fitted with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob and toaster. Granite work surfaces throughout. All kitchen utensils and equipment are included.
Living Room: There is a large open plan lounge/dining room which is furnished with a dining table to seat 6, sideboard storage, sofa bed, single chair and television.
Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service
This apartment is provided with towels, linen and cleaning once a week.
Private and secure basement parking (1 space) is also included with the apartment. There are 2 lifts servicing the complex, one of them with a glass wall, with views over the Armona Island and the nature reserve of Ria Formosa. The grounds are secured with an access control system.

The access to the building (main door) has been specially adapted for wheelchair users, and inside the building there are two lifts.
