A short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping and markets.
Its perfect location means it is just a 10 to 15 walk to the golden sandy beach of Meia Praia where there are a variety of water sport activities available as well as some lovely beach bars/restaurants and, Palmares Golf course, Boavista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 20 minute drive away.
From the entrance hall there is a large open planned lounge/dining room with sliding patio doors which open onto the 21m2 south facing terrace over looking the artificial lake, a perfect place to enjoy the summer evenings.
The apartment offers a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave as well as all the usual kitchen utensils.
There are 2 bedrooms, the master with an ensuite, one twin bedroom and a shower room, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
