The villa has every modern convenience, including a built in barbecue next to the outdoor dining furniture where clients can enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining during the warm summer months. Property is accessed through automatic gates leading to a large covered parking area at the front of the villa for several cars. Set on two floors, ground floor consists of well equipped kitchen & utility room, spacious lounge and dining room, double bedroom with en suite hydro massage shower. First floor consists of 1 twin bedroom, double bedroom and a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with hydro massage tub/shower. That villa comprises of 4 rooms for up to 8 adults. The first floor bed rooms have a private balcony or terrace. One of these has a LCD TV. Weekly housekeeping is standard.
There is an outside pool (extra charge for heating) and a landscaped garden surrounds the villa and the pool.
The immediate surrounding area offers a full range of amenities and activities, including restaurants, bars and extensive night life. That villa is inserted on Boavista Golf Resort but also is available at the nearby courses of Parque da Floresta, Palmares, Penina or Morgado. Water sports include water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, diving, deep-sea fishing, motor and sailboat cruises, centered round the bustling Marina. Alternatively, have jeep safaris, horseback riding, tennis, clay pigeon shooting, lawn bowling or micro-light flying.
