It has access to a secluded swimming pool, which is surrounded by a well kept garden.
Because the complex is located on a hill, the apartment has fantastic views of both Lagos town and the Atlantic Ocean. The beautiful and historical city of Lagos and the Marina are a short walk away, but the slight hill where the apartment is located may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.
A car may be useful but not essential.
