Casa Greta I (120 sqm) :
The main Villa, with 3 bedroom: 1 bedroom with a double king size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds and 1 bedroom with 2 or 3 individual beds. There are 2 bathrooms available, living room, a fully equipped new open kitchen, outside living and dining area with BBQ, all surrounded by a mature lush garden.
Facilities :
Swimming pool (common to all properties), Baby chair, Baby bed, Modern Open Kitchens, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Stove top burners, Coffee maker, Dish washer, Cooking utensils, Toaster, Hob, Gas barbecue available upon request, TV, DVD, Mini HiFi. Separate laundry room with washing machine.
All villas were recently refurbished. New kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, shutters etc. Pool and surrounding area was rebuilt and upgraded in 2012.
Swimming pool :
The property pool is settled in a separate and private area surrounded by trees and garden. It features a a fenced adult pool for security and a small children’s pool.
There is also a small cottage/villa, fully refurbished and totally equipped, with a room, living area and a bathroom. This poolside cottage is available to rent as an extra and exclusively when both villas are rented by same party .

Semi covered parking, fruit trees orchard, country setting and ocean views.
